Why training rows are regional
Some reviewed regional evidence packs list Basic PCO Training, Managing Head training, or advanced training alternatives. Other regions have unresolved or conflicting evidence.
PCO Desk does not borrow a training row from one EMB region into another region. The checker activates regional training questions only when the selected office has a reviewed evidence pack supporting that row.
How to prepare without overclaiming
Keep training certificates, seminar summaries, and Managing Head training evidence together, but label them by source and region before relying on them.
When a regional source conflicts with another live office artifact, PCO Desk keeps that material as guide-only until it can be resolved.
