Seven renewal records scored by the pilot
The 2025 Citizen's Charter lists the PCO appointment or designation, curriculum vitae with identification picture, Certificate of Employment, notarized undertaking, application form, one of the two accepted three-year training routes, and a separate 2×2 photograph and electronic signature. These are the only Region VII rows that affect the pilot result.
National evidence remains separate
The previous accreditation certificate and applicable establishment compliance records remain national questions supported by national sources. They are not counted among the seven Region VII additions.
Confirm additional conflicting items with Region VII
The live Region VII Downloadables page and its 2026 Q1 FAQ still expose an older checklist. Its prior-accreditation and applicable compliance-attachment rows are already covered separately by national questions. Its additional old-list-only items are approved CRS, Managing Head training, a Basic PCO Training certificate, diploma/TOR or an alternative CV, PRC license when applicable, a white-background photo detail, a conditional commitment affidavit, and an evaluator-notified fee. Because that list conflicts with the newer charter, those old-list-only items are confirmation points and do not affect the pilot result.
File through the current EMB service
The charter directs applicants to register and upload PDF documents through PCO Online, and says only applications with complete uploaded requirements are processed. After an Order of Payment, the stated PCO accreditation fee is ₱500 and payment may be made through the EMB Regional Office cashier or Landbank Online Biz Portal before proof of payment is uploaded. Approved accreditations are made available online for printing, while disapproved applicants are notified online. The office checklist says applications remain subject to substantive review; PCO Desk does not submit or approve an application.
Region VII does not apply to NIR
This pilot applies only when the current EMB Region VII office is explicitly selected. It does not apply to NIR, including locations formerly associated with Region VII; confirm current renewal arrangements directly with EMB NIR.
Regional guide index
Compare the current evidence state for each EMB office. Regional pilot pages use reviewed office evidence; national-baseline pages stay distinct and do not borrow another region's checklist.
